How would you like to know 2 quick things that you can put in place today to increase your business growth fast?
And I DO mean quick.
Like … you can do them in 10 minutes (or less!)
So let’s get started.
1. Take 5 minutes to plan your day tomorrow to improve business growth.
Being productive and growing your business starts with getting laser-focused on what you need to achieve and what it’s the priority is!
If you want to save time and get more done, then you need to start getting organised. Take 3 – 5 minutes at the end of the day to write down a list of things you want to achieve the following day. Make sure that you highlight the items that are the highest priority.
In fact, if you can limit your important activities to 3, then you are more likely to achieve more than having a long list.
That doesn’t mean you need to stop after you have completed the 3 activities. But it does mean that you will feel more motivated and accomplished once you have done them. This will then spur you on to complete more.
These top priorities should ALWAYS be related to your monthly goals. And your monthly goals should be linked to business growth!
What you don’t have monthly goals! Then time to start planning your time a bit more so that you know what you need to achieve.
To NOT have an action plan or a list of priorities, is a key ingredient in feeling overwhelmed. Feeling overwhelmed is always the killer of motivation! The end result will be a lot of wasted time and your business will stagnate.
You want to make sure to do your most important item FIRST.
I’m talking about the activities that will actually GROW your business the MOST!

2. Cross ONE thing off your to-do list that eats up your time and doesn’t grow your business.
There are only so many hours in a day. So you need to make sure you spend your precious time on activities that are going to help you reach your goals.
You really cannot afford to waste time.
The goal here is to focus on fewer, BETTER activities that will actually make an impact and grow your business!
All your business activities should have their roots in either growing your audience or growing your sales. If the activities do not impact either of these then why are you doing them?
Be brutally honest and look at your current day-to-day activities. What are you spending lots of your time on?
If you have mapped out your day using our time-map then you will already be aware of how you spend your time. But just in case here is a reminder.
Being busy DOESN’T equal being productive. You should focus 90% of your time on the activities that will GROW your business the most.
For instance, I know that I am a sucker for checking my emails. BUT checking and responding to emails does little to grow my business. So I now restrict this to checking my email once a day and for a timed amount of time. I do it at the end of the day so that it does not prevent me from achieving my most important activities, just in case I get distracted!
This lets me focus on activities that will actually grow my business. Activities like creating content and creating products.
Sooooo, what can you cut out of your current schedule? Cross it off and replace it with something that will actually GROW your business!
